FURIOUS viewers tonight slammed PC Andrew Harper’s “ruthless” killers as they discovered the horrifying particulars of his loss of life.

During the documentary, hosted by Sir Trevor McDonald, PC Harper’s widow Lissie spoke of the devastating moment she was instructed her husband had died.

She stated an officer got here to her home late at night time after Andrew didn’t return from work.

And after realising the person stood on the door was not her husband, she knew one thing was mistaken.

Lissie defined: “It was very late at night time and I had a loud knock on the door pondering it was Andrew coming dwelling and he had forgotten his key or one thing.
