JOE Wicks has opened up about his unbelievable “bond” with his drug addict father – saying they’re now “best friends” after reconnecting.

The health guru, who introduced final week that he’s anticipating his third little one with spouse Rosie, stated the mistakes his dad made throughout his childhood taught him to be the best dad.
